陈净，一九五四年出生于天津，生活在知识分子家庭，受家庭熏陶从小爱好艺术。五岁开始习画，七岁开始用针，十二岁开始学绣，十四岁可以绣出小件实用绣品，十六岁在农村停止刺绣，开始收集刺绣与其它手工艺材料，同时加强学习绘画艺术。

一九九四年工厂停产，在家全身心投入刺绣技艺，研究前辈留下的绣品、绣材，听母亲口授京绣的基本针法，绣出了满意的纯丝绣品，成为家中第四代传人。

此后对我国的刺绣艺术进行广泛地研究，把农村的民间布艺结合纯丝刺绣艺术，创绣出拼绣的第一件作品《千手千眼十一面观音》，它是以藏佛教的唐卡为样本，利用中国古代刺绣纹样，溶入民间拼接技术，使用传统的刺绣针法，再现了中国民族艺术特色。拼绣的优点是绣幅大，工效快，便携带，易收藏的厅堂艺术精品。

一九九九年开始研究苏绣，绣出仿真绣《蒙娜.丽莎》。在此期间总结现有的各种刺绣针法，针谱，绣谱，研究各朝各代、各地区、各民族的刺绣作品和照片。撰写了十几万字的《绣典》一书。（此书还没有同出版单位协商出版。）

如今从选题，设计，绘稿，绣做到完成绣品都能一个人独立操作，现计划把京绣再创新一步，成为观赏绣中的精品，让天津的刺绣艺术可与苏绣争高低。

绺绣《荷塘消夏》
《荷塘消夏》是利用李晓燕的《荷塘消夏图》的绣稿。绺绣是从辫子股绣发展起来的，它的针法多种多样，地料外露，使人有清透精细的感觉。丝绣面，45×28cm，历时一个月。

仿真绣《蒙娜·丽莎》
仿真绣是苏绣艺术家沈寿（1873-1921）创绣出来的。《蒙娜·丽莎》是陈净的仿真绣样品作，它是16世纪意大利文艺复兴时期，列奥纳多·达·芬奇的作品。根据绣者对原作的理解，绣稿与色彩有所变动。丝绣面30×20cm，历时6个月。
Imitation Embroidery 《Mona·Lisa》
Shen Shou(1873-1921) is a famous embroidery artist of Su style, the founder of Imitation Embroidery. It is a representative piece of Imitation Embroidery by Chen Jing, which copies from an Italian oil painting by the Renaissance Leonardo Da Vinci in the 16th century. She alter painting and coloring a little part of the oil painting. Silk embroidery, scroll L: 30cm, W: 20cm, which costs six months.

服装刺绣
绣补子是清朝服装刺绣的代表作，它的刺绣针法和绣稿设计都可以利用在服装上，现在也可以用绣补子的图案做挂饰，装饰等美化房间。丝绣面29×29cm。历时1个月。

拼绣
《千手千眼十一面观音》
拼绣是陈净在补绣的基础上发展起来的，也是一种创新的刺绣方法，它可以做成大型的挂幅，适宜装饰大厅、会堂等。《千手千眼十一面观音》是以藏佛教的唐卡为样本，溶入了中国古代刺绣纹样，使用传统的刺绣针法，再现了中国民族艺术特色，丝绣面92×132cm，历时9个月。

Chen Jing created Joint Embroidery from Patch Embroidery. Joint embroidery is big face of embroidery of ornament the big hall. It is joint embroidery to imitate Tang Ka from Xi Zang. It is ancient painting and coloring in China. Various shills are used in this scroll of nationality in art. Silk embroidery, scroll L: 132cm, W: 92cm, which costs nine months.
